At Uppada Sarees, we take pride in our artisanal heritage and offer a seamless 7-day return policy for any manufacturing defects or transit damage. To ensure authenticity and quality, returned sarees must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original handloom tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Quality Check Preparation

  Carefully fold the saree and place it back in the original box with all accompanying blouses, petticoats, or accessories included in the shipment.

• 3.
  Pickup & Inspection

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and our master weavers will inspect the fabric to verify its original condition.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the inspection is successful, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
