All our sarees are made from pure silk and come with a Silk Mark certification where applicable, ensuring you receive genuine, high-quality handloom products directly from our weavers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our sarees worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 7-12 business days for international orders, while domestic orders within India take 3-5 business days.
Can I request custom blouse stitching?
Absolutely. We provide custom tailoring services for blouses. You can select the 'Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements according to our size guide.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused sarees in their original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as those with stitched blouses or fall/pico work, are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my Uppada silk saree?
To maintain the luster and longevity of the silk and zari, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your sarees in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth.
